Rebigsol hopes that totally seven professors in the natural science and engineering could be found to voluteer to review the papers that are submitted by people. They would also recommend some reputable organiztion to supervise the fund contributed by Rebigsol as awards.  Once contributed, these funds will be away from Rebigsol's control.  If these voluteering professors decide that someone has won an award in refuting Rebigsol's calculation, the money will be awarded to the winner by the controlling organization.  If finally no winner is found, the total sum of the money will be devided and shared between the volunteering professors.
